MILA EL KRAL 

Mila el Kral, dancer, choreographer, teacher and double winner of International dance festival in Prague 2002, she is one and only registered teacher of Oriental dance in Czech Republic with 31 years’ experience in dancing and teaching.

 

After experiences with many kinds of dance like jazz dance, step dance, flamenco, she started with oriental dance. It was in 1986 in Center of oriental dance in München where she completed a four-year Oriental dance studies.

She was so much inspired by variety of this dance that she used up each opportunity to improve her dancing. Was studying at famous dancers like:
Nazla el Adel (Egypt), Momo Kadous (Egypt), Mahmoud Rheda (Egypt), Suheir Saki (Egypt), Magdy el Leisy (Egypt), Prof. Dr. Hassan Khalil (Kuwait), Feyrouz (United States), Ibrahim Farah (United States), Wendy Buonaventura (England), Kathrin Ferguson (United States), Shery Rose (United States), Amaya (Mexico), Nesrin Topkapi (Turkey), Prinz Erkan (Turecko), Beata Cifuentes (Germany), Ditlinde Bedauia Karkutli (Germany), Djamila (Germany), Enussah (Germany), Ishtar (Germany), Saida (Germany), Sibel Nefa (Germany), Salome (Germany), Shahrazad (Germany), Reyhan (Germany).

Mila el Kral enriched her dancing style during the studying tours in countries of Orient, and her stay in Turkey.

In 1991, she founded and directed the largest school for oriental dance in Germany in Leipzig until 2002. In 1997 she established the first school of oriental dance ORINTAL DANCE ACADEMY in the Czech Republic.

Popularity and success brought her number of performances at festivals, in movies and TV shows (ARD, N3, MDR, CT, NOVA, PRIMA, Markiza, TV3 TRT-Turkey), and also in front of many politicians and celebrities of states Orient. In Syria, Egypt, Turkey, Wien, Berlin, Hamburg, München and many cities and countries as well.

Apart from dance she studied also physiotherapy and naturopaths in Germany. She teach you systematically her authorized Method of Oriental belly dance for health which helps women of each age eliminate troubles like for example: backbone disease, bad mobility, digestive problems, mental problems, depressions, distress and low self-rating, communication problems, menstrual, climacteric problems, sleeplessness, etc.

Mila el Kral has trained many professional dancers in East Germany and the Czech Republic, who teach and dance oriental  dance not only in their school but also in other cities and countries.

Mila el Kral, author of book "Charm of Oriental Dance", serials of exercises in magazines ASTRO, ORIENT and VITAL, producer of videotape "Charm of Oriental Dance", was leading person and choreographer of her dance group "MILA EL KRAL DANCE COMPANY".

Mila el Kral teaches women to work with the feminine energy that enables them to discover their beauty and self-esteem. In a comfortable way, women are gradually changing not only their respect for themselves, but also for other people.
